Men’s B Team – AKA – ‘Douglas Desperadoes’
Steve Crampton steps into the hot seat this year. Undoubtedly this is going to be the toughest season for The Douglas Desperadoes. There is going to be a surplus of players that Steve is going to have to pick from.
This is where the ‘Club’ spirit is going to have to be sprinkled liberally. Steve is hopefully going to put together a team that can get itself out of the 3rd Division.
From a Club point of view, this is going to be the most beneficial thing that can happen to our efforts of growing. With his team promoted that would allow Douglas Bowling Club to nominate a third team for the 2013 season.
