Notification from Alan Moore about the cancellation of this year’s June festival.
The Isle of Man Bowls Festival which was due to take place 21-25 June 2021 has unfortunately been cancelled. This cancellation is due to the ongoing global Covid-19 pandemic.
We know this will be a huge disappointment to our visiting bowlers, as well as the Isle of Man’s own crown green bowls community, especially in this our 100th anniversary year.
We are keeping our fingers crossed that we will still be able to hold this year’s September Festival and will be keeping this under review as circumstances change.
In the meantime, look after yourselves and for those who cannot make September, the dates for the 2022 events are 20-24 June and 5-9 September.
