2020 AGM & Christmas party

A couple of dates for your diary:

AGM – Sunday 15th November 7 pm in the Hydro Hotel

This is your chance to vote on issues that affect the club. It’s also when we decide how many teams we’ll be entering next year, captains and the committee.

Please let me know of any notices of motion you would like to submit. Proposed alterations of the club’s rules or any other notices of motion must be submitted to me in at least 28 days prior to the AGM – this means I need them by Sunday 18th October 2020.

Christmas Party – Friday 4th December in the Hydro Hotel

Timings to be confirmed but the bar will be open for drinks on arrival with dinner being served 7.30/8 pm (TBC)

Cost is £30 per head for a three-course meal, coffee and mince pie. They’ll be a DJ for background music and a disco until 12 am – the music has to stop at 12 am, but the bar will still be open.

Rooms are also available – B&B is £35 for a single room, £60 for a double or twin. Family rooms are available – I can get a price if required.

Please let me know if you would like to go. I need a £10 deposit per person, although you can pay the full amount now if you wish. The menu is on the other side of the page, although the vegan option will be changing. If you have any specific dietary requirements tell me now and I’m sure the hotel will cater for you.

Partners are welcome.

I’d appreciate numbers for the party as soon as possible as I need to confirm with the hotel. I need to inform the hotel of food choices by Friday 27th November.
