Every year the members of Douglas Bowling Club and participating bowlers raise funds for a local Charity and in 2023 they raised money at one of their Open Competitions towards the end of the season.
This time the chosen Charity was ’A Little Piece of Hope’, which is a charitable foundation dedicated to helping bereaved families and sick children aged 21 or under with hospital travel, funerals and headstones and mental help and equipment needed.
